Membership Application & Renewal Forms
The ATCMW welcomes membership applicants eighteen years of age and older who are in good standing with The American Kennel Club and who subscribe to the purposes of this Club. The ATCMW has three types of membership, they are associate, individual, household (two members at the same address.) The dues are:
- Associate $17.00 for one, $34.00 for two. (Associate members are not entitled to vote or hold office.)
- Individual $20.00
- Household $30.00 (no more than two individuals at one address.)
Membership dues are payable on or before the first day of January of each year.
While membership is unrestricted as to residence location, the Club’s primary purpose is to be representative of the breeders and exhibitors in its immediate area.
Each applicant for new membership is required to attend two club functions and have the endorsement of two members in good standing. The prospective member will submit the dues payment for the current year along with the application.
After satisfying the requirement, the name of each applicant will be published in the Newsletter or Meeting Notice prior to the next Club Meeting. The application will be voted on at that meeting. Affirmative votes of three-fourths of the members present and voting are required to elect the applicant. Applicants for membership who have been rejected by the Club may not reapply within six months.
