We have Scottish Plaid neck ruffles for the dogs, which you may borrow for the event.
Let’s have our dogs looking their very best as they walk their walk!!
Please, no flexi-leads and please DO BRING PLASTIC BAGS!!
We are absolutely responsible for cleaning up anything our dogs leave behind.
In the past, we have lined up on South Royal Street, between Wilkes Street and Gibbons Street. Our barn should be the third from the Show Building, look for our sign.
The barn will be available all day for grooming, eating, relaxing, and visiting.
There are electrical outlets. Bring your own chairs and extension cords.
Your Airedales are welcome.
Coffee and doughnuts will be available before judging and
Luncheon will be served after the Airedale judging.
Airedale memorabilia sale items will be available for purchase throughout the day. The
Airedale memorabilia auction items will be on view until after the luncheon, at which time the auction will begin, to be completed prior to the Terrier Group judging.

From Washington Beltway 495, take the exit to US Route 1 South (toward College Park). Take Rt. 1 South for about 8 miles (go past University of Maryland College Park Campus). Once you cross Md410 (East-West Highway), the restaurant will be immediately on the corner on the left going South Rt. US 1.
From Baltimore, take 95 south. Route 95 divides at Washington Beltway 495. Take right fork toward Silver Spring. Stay in left lane at split. Your exit will be a left exit before getting on to Washington Beltway 495. It will be marked US Route 1 South. Proceed South toward College Park for about 8 miles (go past University of Maryland College Park Campus). Once you cross MD 410 (East-West Highway), the restaurant will be immediately on the left corner going South on Rt. US 1.

Penne pasta tossed with garlic, olive oil, pine nuts, roasted eggplant, sundried tomatoes,

2. Crab Cake Platter $18.00
One crab cake of all backfin lump crab meat broiled. Lunch includes french fries, a garden salad, and choice of beverage coffee, tea, or iced tea.

Grilled slices of beef with onion, served on a baguette with lettuce, tomato and choice
of cheese (cheddar, provolone swiss, american). Served with chips & pickle.*Sandwiches

Our program will be given by Anne Wills. Anne is a member of the team from Dogs Finding Dogs – a group of K9 Search Teams. The organization has years of experience in multiple surface tracking of people and animals.

Picnic: The afternoon will end with a picnic. Please bring your own utensils, and paper plates. Nora Dudman will call to coordinate food and drinks. We will have a covered pavilion with tables and benches, and there are lots of trees. Please bring the family.
Don’t Forget: Bowls and water for your dogs, and chairs for you to use by the ring.
Directions: Washington Beltway to the exit for US Rt. 1 South (toward College Park). Rt.1 for just over a mile; then MD Rt. 193 West (toward the MD Univ. Stadium). After a little more than 2 miles, turn left onto Metzerott Rd.. (The sign on the right will say Boetler Lane. The turn is just before the traffic light at Azalea.). Follow Metzerott Rd.. for about 2 miles and turn left into the parking lot by the red brick pavilion.
